Account Verification and Sitemap Submission
To begin, you must first register a Yandex Webmaster account. After you've created your account, go to the + button and enter your website's URL.
The verification code must now be copied. So, under the first tab, copy the meta tag verification code.
After you've received the verification code, go to your WordPress website's SEO tab (Yoast Menu). Go to webmaster tools, put the verification code into the Yandex Webmaster Tools area, and save the modifications.
Now sign in your and move to Indexing Settings >> Sitemap files & submit your blog sitemap.
